Delivery & returns

UK delivery

Orders are sent on a tracked service to UK mainland addresses. Carriage is free on goods totals of £25.00 or more, and a flat £4.95 per order below that, whatever the number of packs. The threshold is judged on the goods total before carriage. The delivery charge is shown before you pay, and no VAT is charged on either the goods or the delivery.

Why 7–10 working days

We are not holding stock yet. Every line reads Available to order because that is exactly what it is: the parts are bought in from our supplier when you order them. They despatch within two to three working days and ship on a two-day service, so the goods reach us four to five working days before we have picked, packed or posted anything. Add our own tracked service and 7–10 working days is the honest figure, door to door.

We would rather quote it and meet it than quote two days and miss it. Once opening stock is on the shelf this drops back to a handling day plus transit, and the figure above will change with it. If you need something sooner than this, ask the trade desk — for a size we can source quickly it is sometimes possible.

Checking your order

Check the standard, nominal fit, material and pack quantity against your requirement before opening a sealed pack. If the pack label does not match what you ordered, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Returns

Unopened packs in a resaleable condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email sales@axialsupply.co.uk with your order reference and the SKU, and we will confirm the return address before you send anything back. Refunds cover the goods; return postage is your responsibility unless the item was sent in error or is faulty.

Sourced-to-order lines

Every size is currently marked Available to order rather than held in stock. We are a new business and our opening stock has not yet landed, so each order is placed with our supplier when you place it with us. We will confirm the lead time by email before the order is processed, and cancellation terms are agreed at the point of order.

We would rather say that plainly than show you a stock figure we cannot stand behind. As stock arrives, lines will change to In stock and ship inside the handling time above.

Faulty or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page. If goods arrive damaged, incorrect or not as described, tell us within a reasonable period and we will put it right.
