UK delivery
Orders are sent on a tracked service to UK mainland addresses at a flat £4.95 per order, whatever the number of packs. Transit is typically 2–4 working days once the order has been dispatched. The delivery charge is shown before you pay, and no VAT is charged on either the goods or the delivery.
Checking your order
Check the standard, nominal fit, material and pack quantity against your requirement before opening a sealed pack. If the pack label does not match what you ordered, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Returns
Unopened packs in a resaleable condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email sales@axialsupply.co.uk with your order reference and the SKU, and we will confirm the return address before you send anything back. Refunds cover the goods; return postage is your responsibility unless the item was sent in error or is faulty.
Sourced-to-order lines
A small number of sizes are marked Available to order rather than held in stock. These are ordered in for you, so cancellation terms are agreed at the point of order. We will confirm the lead time by email before the order is processed.
Faulty or incorrect goods
Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page. If goods arrive damaged, incorrect or not as described, tell us within a reasonable period and we will put it right.
