Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed through axialsupply.co.uk.
Who you are buying from
Axial Supply is a trading name of The Maximum Industrial Group Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17360049. Our registered office is Office 5, Lancaster Park, Newborough Road, Needwood, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, DE13 9PD. You can reach us at sales@axialsupply.co.uk.
Product specification
Retaining rings are dimension-critical. You are responsible for checking the stated standard, nominal shaft or bore size, material and pack quantity against your application before ordering, and for confirming groove diameter, groove width and ring thickness against the applicable standard. Photographs are representative of the standard and are not a dimensional reference. Safety-critical assemblies require independent engineering verification.
Prices and VAT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling per pack. The Maximum Industrial Group Limited is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to your order and no VAT invoice can be issued. We may change catalogue prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. If a line is mispriced or unavailable we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel without charge.
Payment
Card payment is handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Where online payment is unavailable, we will invoice the order directly by email.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Tracked UK delivery is charged at a flat £4.95 per order, with a 30-day returns window on unopened packs. Full details are on the delivery & returns page. Sizes marked "Available to order" are sourced for you, so cancellation terms for those lines are agreed at the point of order.
Business and consumer orders
Most orders are placed by businesses. If you are buying as a consumer, your statutory rights, including the right to cancel a distance contract, apply in full and nothing in these terms removes them.
Liability
We are liable for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. For business customers we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of production or other indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
