Dimension card

One sheet per standard, sized for A4 and meant for a workshop wall. Each card carries the size range, what the nominal size is measured on, and the groove dimensions the standard fixes — so the part can be identified without a catalogue or a phone.

Print the whole set or a single sheet. Each card names what its figures rest on: two independent published specifications where we have them, and a single named manufacturer where we do not. Where we have neither, the card says so rather than filling the gap.

The nominal size is the shaft the ring fits — never a dimension of the ring itself. Measure the shaft beside the groove, not the ring you removed: a used ring has been flexed and reads wrong.
